REGISTRATION INFORMATION

On January 10^th, 2003 the Minister of Finance approved Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information and Ontario Securities Commission Rule 33-506 (Commodity Futures Act) Registration Information. The rules were published for comment in December 2001 and June 2002, and made by the Commission on November 15^th, 2002.

The rules will come into force on February 21, 2003.
