KRG MANAGEMENT INC.
ORDER
(Section 83 of the Act)
WHEREAS KRG Management Inc.("KRG") has applied to the Ontario SecuritiesCommission (the "Commission") for an order pursuant to section 83 of that Act that it bedeemed to have ceased to be a reporting issuer;
AND UPON it being represented to the Commission that:
1. KRG has been a reporting issuer in Ontario since July 31, 1987.
2. KRG has one security holder, 1379115 Ontario Inc., whose latest address asshown on its books is in Ontario.
3. There are no securities of KRG listed or quoted on any exchange or organizedmarket.
AND UPON the Commission being satisfied that to do so would not be prejudicialto the public interest.
IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to section 83 of the Act, that KRG is deemed to haveceased to be a reporting issuer for the purposes of the Act.
