OSC Staff Notice of Request for Comment – Proposed Amendments to MFDA By-Law No. 1 – Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (MFDA)

The MFDA and British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) are publishing for public comment proposed amendments to the MFDA By-law No. 1. The objective of the amendments is to amend the MFDA By-law No.1 to reflect the replacement of Part II of the Canada Corporations Act (CCA) with the new Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act (NFP Act).
