Notice of Commission Approval – Amendments to Sections C-15, C-1501, C-1502, C-1503, C-1504, C-1508 and C-1514 of the Rules of CDCC – Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC)

 
In accordance with the Rule Protocol between the Ontario Securities Commission (Commission) and The Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC), the Commission approved on May 15, 2018, amendments to the rules of CDCC to expand share futures contracts to exchange traded funds and trust units.

A copy of the CDCC Notice was published for comment on February 22, 2018 on the Commission's website at: http://www.osc.gov.on.ca. No comments were received.
