TEMPORARY CEASE TRADE ORDER
Section 127

     WHEREAS on April 19, 2005, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to subsection 127 and 127.1 of the Securities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5 (the "Act") in respect of Francis Jason Biller;

AND WHEREAS Staff of the Commission consent to an adjournment of the hearing of this matter from April 29, 2005 to September 28 and 29, 2005, or as soon thereafter as a panel may be constituted;

AND WHEREAS Francis Jason Biller consents to an order that he cease trading in all securities until a full hearing of this matter is concluded and a decision of the Commission is rendered;

AND WHEREAS the Commission is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to make this order;
