ON HEARING the submissions of counsel for Staff of the Commission (Staff) requesting an adjournment to allow them to prepare an order for the consent of Khalid Walid Jawhari, who did not appear, although properly served as indicated by the Affidavit of

Service filed by Staff, but with whom Staff had spoken;
IT IS ORDERED THAT the hearing is adjourned to a date no later than October 13, 2017, to be set by the Office of the Secretary.
