WHEREAS on October 14, 1999, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a Notice of Hearing pursuant to section 127 of the Securities Act, R.S.O.1990, c. S.5, asamended (the "Act") in respect of Paul Tindall and David Singh;

AND WHEREAS on October 21, 1999 the hearing was adjourned to December16, 1999 at 10:00 a.m.;

AND WHEREAS the parties consent to the terms of this order;

IT IS ORDERED THAT pursuant to section 21 of the Statutory PowersProcedures Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22, as amended, the hearing is adjourned toFebruary 8, 2000 at 9:30 a.m.
