NOTICE OF CORRECTION

IN THE MATTER OF THE SECURITIES ACT,
R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5, AS AMENDED

IN THE MATTER OF MBS GROUP (CANADA) LTD., BALBIR AHLUWALIA
AND MOHINDER AHLUWALIA



(2011), 34 O.S.C.B. 12032. On page 12032, the final paragraph of the Order reads:

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a pre-hearing conference is scheduled for January 13, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at which time the Commission will set dates for the hearing on the merits in this matter.

This should read instead:

    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a pre-hearing conference is scheduled for January 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at which time the Commission will set dates for the hearing on the merits in this matter.
