TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that a confidential pre-hearing conference is scheduled on September 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., or such other date as may be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary, for the purpose of addressing various procedural matters including setting dates for the hearing on the merits or for such other purposes as the Panel hearing the matter may determine.
