TORONTO – The Commission issued an Order which provides that that the hearing on the merits will commence at 9:30 a.m. on April 20, 2009 and continue for the morning only that day, and will continue from April 21, 2009 through May 1, 2009, except for April 28, 2009, or such other dates as are agreed by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary.
