TORONTO – The Commission issued an order today extending the temporary order dated February 2, 2004 . The extended temporary order is on the same terms and conditions as the February 2, 2004 order and is effective until the earlier of October 31, 2004 or the commencement of the final hearing of the matter on the merits, whichever comes first.
