OSC Announces Roundtable on the Option of Discontinuing Embedded Commissions

TORONTO – The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) today announced that it will host a roundtable to facilitate further stakeholder input on Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) Consultation Paper 81-408 Consultation on the Option of Discontinuing Embedded Commissions

The roundtable will take place on September 18, 2017, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd floor of the OSC’s offices, located at 20 Queen Street West in Toronto, Ontario.

The event will include panel discussions on the themes emerging from the consultation. The panel discussions will reflect a diversity of views, so as to facilitate a balanced debate.
