Notice of Commission Approval – Material Amendments to CDS Procedures – Issue and Entitlement Procedures – Money Market Securities – CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc.

 
The Ontario Securities Commission approved on August 24, 2010, amendments to CDS’s procedures relating to money market securities. The amendments were published for comment on April 23, 2010 at (2010) 33 OSCB 3878. No comments were received. In consultation with its regulators, CDS has decided to make a non-significant revision to the proposed amendments for clarity purposes.
