About the OSC
Corporate Services
The Corporate Services Branch develops and maintains the core internal systems and infrastructure of the OSC. By continually enhancing its operational systems, the OSC strives to support innovation and improve performance within the organization.
The Branch’s diverse responsibilities include the OSC’s finance and accounting systems, administrative services, budgeting and business reporting, the OSC library, security and office services. The OSC operates within a complex technology environment, and staff in the Corporate Services Branch maintain the OSC’s information technology and telecommunications infrastructure and its knowledge-sharing initiatives.
In addition, Branch staff manage the records systems required to file, retrieve and dispose of operational records of the OSC. These are the records pertaining to all reporting issuers and registrants in Ontario. The Corporate Services Branch operates a public access service to OSC records on a cost-recovery basis.
The OSC strives to constantly advance its business competence and effectiveness. The Corporate Services Branch supports and promotes the OSC as a flexible, efficient and accountable organization by making the best use of systems, resources and technology.
